Angela Moy. Game Design
Since I was a young kid, games have always been a strong driving force in my life. I decided to pursue Game Design because of my fascination with how games evoke emotion. I am especially interested in how games have evolved into entertainment that connects people, showing the potential of games.

In high school, I spent a lot of time volunteering for an organization called buildOn. During junior year, I was even able to go to Haiti for two weeks to help begin building a school in a mountain village. There was also a Computer Academy program that I participated in where we learned how to code in Java. I was also a part of Girls Who Code for a year where we had to create a design for an App.

As part of my major, I have taken many classes relating to media creation and designing games. Some of the courses have allowed me to learn skills for software like Zbrush and Unity. I have learned about narrative and game systems. For my senior capstone project, I am on two teams working to create two games. I work on both teams as narrative designer, level designer, and 3D modeler.
